Sorry about the pathology report - This is not what we wanted to hear.

The good news is that cancer is more cureable everyday.  I beat it 21 years ago and with all the advancements and breakthroughs since then, the treatments are much more tolerable and successful.

Prayers going up for both of y'all!

I'm sorry about the pathology reports.  I'll bet the Dr. wasn't surprised by that though, or they wouldn't be operating in the 1st place.  I hope the margins were clean.  That's the important part.  That means the excision removed the whole tumor.  Did they remove and or biopsy local lymph nodes as well?  Keep the faith, we're praying for Treva and you!

Went to the Dr today for a follow up and path report from the surgery . Dr  said that the cancer was in the tonsil and lymph glan that he removed. Will start radiation in a few weeks maybe some chemo. Treva has a great sprit and outlook  she is a real fighter and is ready to whip this.  thanks for all the post thoughts and prayers it means a lot to both of us THANKS A Million  Skippy and Mrs Skippy

So glad that they removed the lymph gland.  My sister is a breast cancer survivor of 22 years and was told that she survived because they removed the lymph glands.

Give my best to Treva.  We think about y'all every day.

Treva and I got out on the bikes today it was great to see her back in the saddle .  We went to lunch and then to the local dealer to get the fboy and dyna inspected also looking for DOT Helmets ,the great state of NC will begin inforceing the new law. the little dot sticker will get you a ticket they are looking for a manufacturer label inside of the helmet, and the width of the padding .  and while they have you stopped will look at everthing.....    Treva will begin this week treatment to build up her imnune system she is ready to wip this so keep her in your prayers and thoughts      tks skippy
