Which cams?
« on: September 03, 2011, 07:26:12 PM »

Have a 09 SE Fatbob with TTS Master Tune and V&H Big Radius. Have done the V Tune and it runs great, but I want a little more. I asked the dealer what cam upgrade can be done for the most increase without touching anything else and he suggested the Screamin Eagle 259E cam kit to get the most increase and then dynoed.

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd suggest the Feuling 574 or Mackie 575 cams...  Many site members are using these "bolt in" cams with successful results...

Cycle Rama 575
Feuling 574
Woods 555

All very good cams.
My 110 runs great with the Cycle Rama cams. Straight bolt in w/stock push rods. And they run super quiet :2vrolijk_21:

I'am too looking at cams for my FLTRUSE. I have the Fullsac stage 1 already, so guess it makes sense to use the andrews 54H cam since Fullsac already has a map for it...

Lot depends what kind of riding you do and if the bike is otherwise stock, or do you plan more changes?
54's are a great choice, as are the Wood 555, for touring, loaded, non-racing.

I found an old dyno chart with some upgrades, maybe you can decide where and when you want the power/torque to come on, and how much $$$$ you want to spend.
Keep in mind there is nothing really wrong with the 255 cams in your bike now.
