I'm reading on ebay the bt07 isn't compatible with the 09 CVO ROAD GLIDE????? Anyone else come across that.?

Perhaps you were looking at an ad for the BT01, which fits 2001 - 2006 Big Twins.  The BT07 will in fact fit your bike.

M6  BT07 is the Hayden number.

When watching the video of the M6 BT07 on the Hayden web site the chain is bouncing up and down as the throttle is applied. I'm not saying this is bad, just an observation, but I suspect the Harley adjustable tensioner doesn't do this.

It does to some extent. There are two springs under the shoe on the OEM.
