Wanted it to be visable so LED lights all around

Twolane sent me a set of turn signal lights he had lying around and installed LED's in them also

3rd brake light on a 4 wire system is a little tricky, especially on a bike

Didn't like how the trailer frame was visable on the rear, so dressed it up a little and finished up the light wiring

the back door is actually a boat hatch that can be locked partially open while going down the road. Jade needs ventilation

I wanted to install bearing buddies on the hubs, but like I said earlier, the HF bearing sizes are bastard. Nothing fits so with not liking the solid white rims, I found from Buggies unlimited a set of wheel covers that looked just like the Thunderstar rims on the 05 cherry. had to drill a 2" hole in the middle of the wheel cover so the grease cap could protrude. That doesn't look too bad, Jade doesn't care. she likes riding in it because of all the attention and TREATS she gets

All done

Looks nice.    :2vrolijk_21:

Amazing job! Wish I had your skills! Just needs a paint job to match your scoot. I think this is one of those situations where it is appropriate to say "lucky dog"!

Wow, fantastic job  :2vrolijk_21: If I had your talent we wouldn't have purchesed this Wags trailer for $$$$.. Options on our trailer that I appreciate are the reversable top vent, interior light and the solar fan. I also mounted a spare tire underneath. Something I will install some day is a swivel hitch so if the bike goes down on it's side it doesn't take the trailer with it. Just more ideas for you.  Jade is going to love it! Very professional looking.

Great Job.. Jade indeed is lucky. Now for some human comfort, you could consider adding a platform and cooler/ice chest to that baby.

Way to go!

I still have thoughts of cutting into the top to make inside more accessible. Wouldn't be too hard. I wanted to make a mold of the trailer so we could make more of them. Not going to sell them as trailers, but fish coffins for boats. I made it to fit in the bow of my donzi, ha ha. The top on the coffin box needs to open all the way around and not cut into the top like the Waggs does, but you can't have the door on the back with a top that opens like that. you need a large door for a large dog.
I have the solar vent on the top. since I was only using it now for Jade, I did not install an inside light.
