Lots of time invested in making sure that it is perfectly symmetrical in order to pull a mold off of it

I have build a few boats and this is built the same way, just alot smaller so the imperfections show much more :oops:

If you knew how much time is in making a mold, you would understand why some trailers cost what  they do......I believe that the first dozen trailers should pay for that time and then the rest is profit :coolblue:

WOW! That is some dog ride. Matching CVO paint would be the living end but who wants to be obsessive compulsive around here? :huepfenlol2: Little bigger and you could stow the wifey in there.

Did you see the hole drilled into the floor...............

did not look like much suspension on the trailer, load it up with pillows. They will serve double duty.

Problem with that is what color :nixweiss:

Since Kathy will pull her more than me, she wanted the frame to be the color as her 05

I spent the money to have a custom 2" high density foam cushion made.......and Jade doesn't like in there with her :soapbox:
