Hmm. Ok.  I never considered that. Just figured aired up it would be fine. And figured I'd have to modify it being my bike will be really low aired out. Guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and go motorized if dragging it and potentially causing me to crash is something that could happen. And the stand should be fine for me my bags are just 4.5" stretched

Compare the various brands. If interested I'll see if I can find the new companies name. Some are wider, some have bigger pads on the feet etc.

I have a SBD on my bike however the last three I've purchased have been MRI's (I've yet to install one!). One is Brad's from this site. I'll install his this weekend so he has it for Daytona.

That would be great. So hard with so much information out there and everyone says something different.  On an off topic the CVO stretched filler panel you used to have on your bike where did you get that. All the ones I've seen look to much like a beaver tail and yours looked more like a substantial piece

The other problem is that I have the crossover pipe under my bike and they all say it won't work with my exhaust

Hnhcvo,
You might want to look at the "Rivco" center stand, I had the older one they offer on my 2007 RG and I was pleased with it. On my 2011 I went with the Harley center stand, I relocated it to the 2015 when purchased and was never really happy with the way you have to step on it to raise the bike - small diameter arm and you had to make sure you had your foot on it firmly along with interference with the exhaust cross over if you adjusted the center stand to raise the rear wheel off the ground. When I bought the 2016 I went back to the Rivco center stand for the newer FL models and I'm pleased with it, it will work with the crossover pipe, it has a large place to place your foot for operating and I think it blends in with the frame beneath the bike better than the harley CS and does not hang below the frame as far as the harley CS did. The only thing about the Rivco stand is that the foot piece for operation of the stand sticks out 90 degrees - if you have your passenger floor boards on the bike it is not a problem, it will be sticking out beneath the floor boards and not interfere with anything.

sorry I answered ya above and Didn't quote you so not sure if you saw. I have the v&h X pipe crossover and most say the center stand won't work with it. I also ask about your rear filler panel you had prior to going to the 8" bags

Ditto for me. Tried the Wheeldock EZ-UP and was disappointed at how much lean angle I lost .....so I sold it. Later, when I installed the Screamin' Eagle High Flow Exhaust System with Nightstick Mufflers I learned the EZ-UP wouldn't have worked with the larger cross-over pipe anyways.
