It's is really hard to believe that at $36,000.00 +++ Harley can still get away with selling an UNFINISHED PRODUCT!  But as one of th guys above said, part thiers, and part mine.  That's something thats hard to do with any other brand!

the hard part is to find out what frame, brakes etc were originally dimensioned for. In case of the 09 up touring model that was for around 120 hp as was the engine before they started to tame the 110 down for EPA and other reasons. So that's what you can safely get out of it with some reasonable mods without overstressing engine, frame or other components.
