Curious if anyone has their paws on one of these yet? or if you have one ordered, what is your lead time. I ordered one last weekend and parts guy gives me a May 1, delivery time.

The link works fine. It is the same air filter used for the '09 SERG. I think it is very good, increases air flow substantially. The SERG has more hp than the SEUC, with almost everything being the same but the air filter ...
I am using the stage 1, Screamin' Eagle® Stage I Air Cleaner Kit, 29260-08 with a K&N filter and a 110 medaillon. Also not bad in terms of air flow and fits the Ultra better in my mind.

I JUST INSTALLED THE AIR CLEANER ON MY CUEG4. I THINK YOUR PARTS GUY IS MISTAKEN, EVERYTHING WAS AVAILABLE. I RDERED ALL THE PARTS REQUIRED FOR AN 09 SERG. IT EVEN CAME WITH THE RAIN SOCK. JUST USED MY INSERT FOR IT.

Do you happen to have the part numbers you used to order for 09 SERG? It would be interesting to see what lead time i get going the route you did.. TIA

I just called my dealer and had him cross reference the individual part numbers for kit 29490-09 versus CVO Road Glide air cleaner individual parts. He told me all part numbers are the same except the insert on the cover and the back plate. The CVO backplate is granite to match the engine. The 29490-09 backplate is painted black. The granite back plate is an $80 item. My dealer told me the aerosol high temp granite paint is part no. 98606CTN and it's $19.60 per can. Ordering all the CVO parts individually cost $457 list versus $230 for the kit. I just ordered the kit and the paint. The dealer said it's back ordered until March 1, 2009. I have the 09 CUSE4 so I'll use that 3D chrome "110 Screamin Eagle" insert instead of the one that comes with the kit.

If I had a choice, I'd jump all over the black 110 screamin Eagle insert on the CVO Road Glide but unless you have a vin specific CVO RG you can't get it. Look how sharp that looks and brings your eyes right to the air cleaner cover. Love the A/C but it's only for 08 & 09 (fly by wire) throttle bodies. Bummer!

I dyno tested this ac on one of the 110 RGs that I had on the dyno. Only showed a 2 HP loss over an open throttle body ( no AC). Not bad considering it made 95 HP installed on a 110" motor. I've seen a lot worse.

I'd love to know how much HP loss there is on the 09 CVO Ultra Classic over the open throttle body. I'd hope it's more than 2 HP because I ordered this new CVO RG air filter for my bike. But I am doing it more for the looks so even if it's still only a 2 HP drop I'd still be fine with it.

I ordered the kit about 3 weeks ago and the dealer called me yesturday to tell me it wont come in till Mar 31st. Kinda peved about that. Anywho, does anyone know if the insert for the '08 SERK will fit? I kinda like that one. Thankx

My dealer has a kit with the black cover but I'm waiting on the chrome. I sure hope K&N comes out with a replacement filter for the RG kit (29490-09). There's nothing quite like the look of a freshly oiled maroon K&N filter.

This is the first thing I put on the bike after getting it home...had it on my 04 Road King Custom and kept it when I sold the bike...don't like the goofy 110 plastic one that came on the SERG
