I decided on the 2" instead of the 2 1/2".  A bit more quieter and I'm told they put out a tad  more HP than the 2 1/2".  I also went with the Fullsac X-Pipe.

That makes sense to me. Just finished reading an article on HD Exhaust Sytem Design with my mornin cuppa java.
Large Diameter Dissipates heat quicker and thus slows down speed of exhaust.

Yes, both baffles look the same.

I wasn't taking any chances damaging those cans.  I sent mine to fullsac to have them remove and install the 2" cores. Going with the x pipe too.  Can't wait!! :)

Can someone tell if they tried the fullsac x pipe and a set of Vance & Hines slip ons and if the mapping kit from fullsac works with that setup.

Thanks

Give Fullsac a call, he will want to know the details of your bike: what mufflers, cam, build, etc, etc. He has dyno'd most combos and will have something pretty close.

Has anyone installed the V&H duals and slipped the Fullsac 2" into the stock pipe? If not, why not?
