primary drive locking tool

Does anyone have the dimensions of primary locking tool part #94102-09? I'm cheap, want to made my own. Thanks

Not sure which one you need but they are only about $15 - $20 from Georges' Garage.

I always use a spanner as locking tool. Cheap and present. Works great.
