Hey Rich.... Look Awesome!

Did the seat move you up a lot from the original we have on the Street Glide?  It looks way better than what we can order for ours as far a tour pak backrest  and rider backrest.

Yup ... I'm mostly torso (5' 11") so I can't quite flat-foot with the CVO Ultra Hammock seat. Stock seat I could fully lay the Converses on the pavement. I have to "tip-toe" it when moving it in reverse (more so on the balls of my feet than on my tip-toes).  So far, I like the seat (for the long trips) - seems comfy enough. It comes off with the Tour Pak when I'm cruisin' around town.

Rich that looks great!!  Bet it sounds awesome as well.  The striping on the tourpak turned out great too.  Nice job! :2vrolijk_21:

Just plain beautiful, Rich.  Best tourpak paint job I've ever seen.  :2vrolijk_21:

Finally was able to add the finishing touches so thought I would post some detail shots.

Got the CVO emblems  for the rear pods. Speakers are Polk Dxi-650 (only ones I could find that would fit without spacers).
Also added the strap for the 2010 CVO Ultra seat.

And finally a shot of the second amp for the rear pods mounted in the Tour Pak. Four connectors under the seat and the TP pops right off.

Great job. Few could pull it off so slick. Many one off touches that really make it yours.

Man Oh Man! Your FLHXCUSE is stunning! Awesome paint job, and I LOVE that killer light bar on the TP! Really, really nice work!

I just took delivery of a new 2012 CVO SG in the Hot Citrus / Antique Gunstock last Friday evening, and I stopped by Killer Creek yesterday and ordered a color-matched TP, smoked sidelights, detachable mount, 4-point docking kit, liner, etc. Holy CRAP this stuff is EXPEN$IVE! Docking kit is on, along with a 54383-11 Reduced Reach deep seat and rider backrest that I can actually ride on for more than 30 minutes at a time without my creaky old lumbar region screaming at me for relief. The stock seat looks awesome, but felt like a damn park bench... must have been designed by a 22-year-old... every time I hit a bump in the road, electric shocks went up my spine! Of course, I'm used to my old '95 E-Glide with a Mustang Regal seat and rider backrest... my Rolling La-Z-Boy!

I love this new H-D seat though... it moves me forward about an inch or more, which is good because I was having to stretch a bit to reach the grips, which wasn't entirely comfortable. The seat also comes up a good 6 inches behind me, and the rider backrest comes up to the middle of my back. I sit IN this seat, not on it. Of course, I've totally RUINED the look of the bike with it - but at my age I need comfort more than looks... :joker:
