Stopped and look at Joes bike Saturday on my way home from work and its just amazes me he walk away unhurt. I told him about all the repies from here and he very grateful of the responses. He knows he dodged a big bullet on this accident, as he does not have any health insurance and is self-employed and part time.
I'm working on him to become a member and this may be the turning point for him.  ;D

Glad to hear your buddy is Ok and the bike caught most of the damage. My quarter brother lost his leg last year right before we were to leave for Daytona.  :bananarock:

Have to ask...... did he slip on the bananna?  :oops:

Sorry to hear about your buddies mishap. The most important thing is that he's alright. Close calls are a real eye opener....It's a good thing nobody was injured.
