There are several threads if you try the search feature here.  Here's one:  Shipping a Bike?

I used Federal.  They damaged my fairing slightly but made it right.   :2vrolijk_21:

I have used AA motorcycle transport twice in the last few month (once when the dealer I bought my CVO from in OR shipped it to me and again when I sold my old bike and shipped it cross country from CA to Virginia) and both times have received exemplary service! Great tracking all the way thru and both times, the bike showed up a day before promised. I appreciate them taking that "stress" out of the whole process so am happy to recommend them.

I used this company, JC motors.  1800-730-9151 ask for Don.  I used them to ship a CVO Road Glide from Atlanta to Denver with no problems.

X2 on Federal.  They shipped a bike for me from Minnesota to Florida.  Everything went as planned and no damage to the bike.  Just use these suggestions and see which one gives you the best deal.  I think Federal gives a discount to hog members.

Have used HaulBikes in the past with great success. HOWEVER, I just had a bad experience with them less than two weeks ago. I was given a pickup window of three days. When it got to day three I called to find out the status. Was told truck broke down...would have to wait another week. Okay, chit happens but no call to let me know? For grins, did a Google search on HaulBikes and there are some absolute horror stories out there on their service. What struck me most was how all the complaints for late pickup involved mechanical failure. That and slow delivery times. For those of you with positive feedback for HaulBikes, were these recent transactions? I wonder if they changed ownership or maybe HD gives them enough business they don't have to cater to individual orders. Maybe mine situation was a fluke, but I cancelled my order and went with Federal. Scheduling stars must have been aligned, because Federal picked up the bike the next day and I had it in my garage in exactly one week - Denver to DC. Not a scratch. Federal does not bill until the day before delivery and give a discount for HOG memberships. HaulBikes requires full payment up front and their contract gives them a lot of leeway for delays. I gladly took the $100 cancellation fee, even though they didn't show up when the said the would. Enough PJ rant...

Federal Transport. I have used them 6 or 7 times without any problem. As matter as fact they are transporting my bike to San Francisco at this moment....

Saw something on Facebook recently about a well known company offering $495 shipping on lower 48 states. Trying to remember the name but I know I've heard it many times.
