Removing the reflectors was the first thing I did when I pulled in to my garage. A couple days later a sheriff pulled me over looking for my registration. Gave me chit for not having it taped to the bike (dumba$$!). Next he asked if my bike came with reflectors...yep... He wanted to know if the dealer removed them. Nope, on the way home they fell off! I think he just wanted to look at the bike cuz I did not get any tickets.

hmmmm never heard of anyone being questioned about the reflectors.

thought that was the dual purpose for chrome.
