try these: http://www.carbonfiberhelmets.com/  john

I bought the shorty dot one of these  two weeks ago.  They were great to deal with on the phone.  They said 5 to 7 business days to get it.  Well I got it 4 business days after I ordered.  I have tried it on, fit is great, very light weight.  Finish is spotless, and great.  I have not had a chance to ride with it yet, as I had to go off shore for two week  the day after I got it.

However I am so far very impressed.

I've had a carbon fiber for 2 years now and it's great. Only thing is I have to hook up the Mic for the CB. I use a 3/4 Jet 11 for most riding. On long trips, wifey and I strap the carbons on the TP for those day trips

I bought my Harley Carbon Fiber from St. Paul HD   http://www.stpaulhd.com/ last February - found them on EBAY (had the helmet listed) and found someone else who had it a few bucks cheaper and they met the price and were good to work with.  The discount as I recall was 23-25%.  They are running 20% off now as is Chicago Harley www.chicagoharley.com - I bought a few things from Chicago Harley and like them too.  I love my carbon fiber shorty - very light weight, the only complaint I have is that with the windshield on it, it doesn't fit in my chopped pack.  I just saw the new 3/4 Harley Carbon Fiber and would love to have it for winter.  Can't get comfortable in the full-face.  Enjoy and ride safe

Both me and the wife have these helmets i love mine she hates hers, cannot get a good fit, even though they provide differant liners, Hers was dropped from the lower peg onto the ground, and now has a surface blemish about the size of a nickle, we both do not like the helmet strap latch, snap or whateve you call it, it is a real pain in the rear to properly snap.
I myself would buy another one, :o the wife would not.

i have both of the DOT helmets (extended half and polo). the extended half works better with stock windshield (SERG) due to not having the lip of the polo... fit and finish is excellent. true carbon-kevlar... not j^p crap which is just for looks....

Wow! They don't look bad! I use the non-DOT Head Tripp from Cabron Fiber Products. But these DOT ones look about as close to non-DOT as I've seen! Thanks! :2vrolijk_21:

There $175 for the DOT versions.

Yeah, I saw your thread on the DOT Head Tripp. I guess that Iron Braid just makes em look smaller in the pic. Lil misleading then. Was leaning toward the Head Tripp til I saw that. But now I'll stick with the Head Tripp. CFP! Good Co.! Good Stuff! Thanks TN! :2vrolijk_21:
