I'm with Naitram on the wildfires, mudslides and earth quakes. "Youse" guys can keep them.
The right coast (or close) is the place to be, the left coast is just that, what's left.
Ask Spiderman, he will come to his senses soon and move back to God's country.
There is no rain anymore and on the Hurricanes, just keep Harry in Florida and the high winds will not be a problem.
Miker as for the vineyards, I have a connection at www.Sheltonvineyards.com and have a standing room at the Hamton Inn across from the Vineyard so if it's wine you want, skip the cheese cause I can deliver you cases of the juice.

Do a search, Laurel Springs, NC 27516 is on the edge of paradise. And the BRP is within sight of the property.
Mile post 248 is close to the middle of the BRP. Once we get ours and Naitrams home built (if he wants one) then fun times will begin.

09
Should be a good year!

just watch out for earth-quakes, mud slides, and wild fires :nervous:

Hey, this is Nor Cal.......been about 18-20 years since they had an earthquake and mud slides are So Cal.  Of course, Sacramento doesn't have any of that......we get to ride year around.

I know about those torential down pours that N.C. has :o......we got caught in one.  That's not weather to my liking.

Oh great homes like bikes, how many do you need.  :)

I am still interested though, a place for a late spring (spring baseball in fla is hard to beat) , summer, fall and back to sunny Fla for Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb at my camp "Camp Weeinwoods".   :bananarock:

Great riding and at 11 people per square mile, a little peace and quiet ceptin fer an occasional gunshot or two!

I hate to give Fla residience up causin no income tax and cheapo property taxes up in the "Big Bend".  Florida's "Nature Coast".

How do they treat part timers in NC?

So lets see 1 in Laurel Springs, 1 in Gulf Hammock, 1 in Meeeami beach(condo), 1 in Sonoma, 1 in Beantown(condo).
5 thats all, nothing 6-7 mil won't handle, I don't like mansions, they are too big n creepy.
