I installed a 12" Klockwers shield on the bike yesterday and am not real happy with the fit and finish. I knew this going in but I had seen an RG with the chrome trim piece on it that looked pretty good.

Bike is Slate, black with a light tint shield. Question now is,,,,go with the HD Chrome one, HD black one or the Kury chrome one?

Thoughts, opinions? I know, I know....It's my bike, do what I like and the hell with others.

Cant attest about kury, but search threads on this forum, the HD install is a b**ch!!! I speak from a few hours of experience trying to get the holes to line up to put the chrome trim on.

I have the Kury/Yaffe version and IMO it fits like chit on the OEM 2013 windshield. I like the turn signals in the Yaffe trim and that is why I haven't removed it yet.

Is the HD version one piece?

The Kury version is a 3 piece setup that is a pita to install.

I installed the chrome MOCO trim on my '11 SERG. I dont really like it though, does not flow well and was a pain to install just right.

I seen an RG with the Paul Yaffe chrome trim and it looks really sharp. You should check it out if it's not too late. I will be replacing mine with the Yaffe trim soon!!

I still don't have one. Post up how well the PY one fits and ease of installation.

HD Trim on mine with stock windshield (I have no issues with the stock one).  Had it installed by dealer before I picked the bike up.  Tech said it was a PITA to installed.  Better him than me.  ;)  He did a good job though.

I have wasted so much time on numerous occasions to install this HD chrome trim and gave up could not get it to fit without an ugly gap along the bottom of the trim ..I tried on OE shield Clearview shield the HD 6"black plastic and finally on my current LRS mako just another piece of made in China HD junk on my shelf
