The 7 will produce more torque in the riding envelope all things considered. If that is the goal I recommended the TW5-6 and if a hot rod is the goal then move to TW8-6. The 5 and 7 are just too close IMO and the 110 heads will like the shorter duration when torque production at low to mid range is the goal. Add compression and then jump up to a grind that will deliver, the TW8-6.

How does the Woods TW408-44 Compare? I have these going into my build, stock pistons, head work, Fullsac x-Pipe with fullsac 2.250 baffles, TTS Mastertune.

The 408-44 and the 8 are very close to each other. With only .525 lift the 408 is easier on valvetrain over the long run and will make close to the same power and torque. The 44 VS 47 intake close allows the 408 to slide in with no need for higher compression pistons. The 8 would need the pistons to make a decent compression number and not be soft down low.
