There is any such of speed limit fuel or speed limit throttle cut-off in Harley ECM's ?

Refer to speed reading I assume that speedo are correct in TTS calibrations

The speed limiter responds differently than the rev limiter. It may be cutting the fuel off? I have never data logged it to see
or stayed in it on the dyno long enough to find out if it oscillates like most cars do at the end of the speedo. The rev limiter makes the engine stutter at a pretty consistent speed. I hear that all the time in first gear when traction is less than optimum.
TTS fuel maps have no speedo calibration built into them what so ever, that is stored in the ECM. They do give the opportunity for adjustment during a download.

seems that I must check my speedo cal as I have hit 210-215k couple of times ... apparently wrong reading
