Pretty sure Terry's was a JIMS 120, not a MOCO 120r....

Yes, I think Rooster's was a JIMS 120, I had a JIMS 120 in my 2003 pseudo CVO Road Glide, crater in 2006, I had to ride my BMW GSA to the 2007 Nelson, BC CVO GTG.

On my way home from Phoenix, the lifters in the JIMS 120 disintegrated and took out the engine West of Great Falls, Montana, I left the bike with a friend of mine Charlie Lawlor (SBC), he took the engine out. I spoke with the customers service rep at JIMS, they advised send the engine back to them for analysis, did that, and they supplied a complete new engine at no charge, reinstalled and I rode for awhile and then sold the bike. Never felt comfortable with the JIMS 120. In the 2010 CVO Geezerglide had Jim at Metal Dragon install the HD 120R and the bike has run great.

Good to hear your not having any crank or cylander problems.
