I assume "monkey butt" is what we call "Swamp crotch"  Kind of catchy isn't it.  Forget about your undergarment or seat choices and use sheep skins.   It works really well!

I use a sheepskin also. I thought it would make things worse in hot weather, but it actually is thick enough to let air circulate and help keep you dry. The only place that will sweat through is my shirt where I lean on the backrest. It also seems to insulate you from some of the heat of the motor.   :2vrolijk_21:

Boxerjocks have a fly...

I vote with Candy and WFP..  I use Underarmour brand if I know I am riding more than an hour.  They come to just above the knee and don't bunch up and wick away perspiration.  The only downside is that I haven't found any with a fly.  I gave about $30 a pair at Dick's Sporting Goods.   Worth it to me even at the cost and having the Corbin dual tour seat.

Never realized that, that is something to consider and definitely good to know. Not sure if that's a plus or a minus.... Nice not having to worry about a draft, but gives more meaning to planning your stops. ;)

Thanks for the fly link WFP..  I just bought what was in stock at a local sporting goods store.  Will have to buy on line next time.

Without a fly, you might just see my butt cheeks at a urinal-not a pretty site, dOOd.

I was thinking more in line of roadside hugging/watering the tree episodes. Wouldn't be a pretty site if there was no fly. :shocked2:

I'm an "over the fence" guy about half the time anyhow, so fly or no fly is fine with me.  Only problem is that when it's cold...like somebody said in N Ga at one of our stops..."I got three layers of clothes on (undies, long johns, jeans) and a two layer Pe@$er.  :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:

I guess that's why there aren't any "wet boxer" contests cold (water) has the opposite effect on males.  :huepfenlol2:

Being serious, this stuff does make a huge difference.  There is some coolmax shorts that wick away the moisture and also fit like bike shorts.
