Issue has been resolved...being I bought the bike used (only 119 miles), the previous owner install V & H pipes.  The installer didn't secure the mounting brackets correctly, so every time I down-shifted, I had this nasty vibration on the right floorboard.  Even driving through the residential areas was uncomfortable.  Its still under warranty, so my local HD technician took care of the issue.  Its smooth as silk and pleasure to ride. I did about 500 miles this weekend with no issues.
Thanks everyone for your input.

This is interesting...I just bought my 2014 RG...and have less than 300 miles on it.  I realized yesterday, that I feel "clanking" on the right side floor board.  The feeling is like the frame has no shocks.  Not sure if that makes any sense? I 'am worried that this will be the sound feel for the next couple of years of riding.
The left side is smooth.

I noticed the same clanking/vibration in the right floorboard only of my 2013 SERK. Dealership said there is nothing wrong...I'll be interested to see if you discover otherwise.
