I planing mounting rockouts, which gaskets and parts should I switch out simultaneously in the process?

Cover gasket.  If you less than 40,000 miles that will be it.  If more miles I would replace the breather and gaskets inside as well

You will be pleased with the rockouts

I wonder if this is marks from the rocker shaft?
After warming up the twincam i the garage, it seems the rockout do the trick! but I will get final answer in hot summer conditions.

I concur that Rockouts can only help .......wish I'd tried them on my old 2011 FLTRUSE which was a "clatter-box". Just finished installing S&S Premium lifters in my 2015 FLTRUSE (which is noticeably more quiet than the 2011) and since I chose to stay with the stock pushrods, the rocker box cover had to come off. As the Rockouts are so reasonably priced .......it was a no-brainer to install them as well and I've gotta say that I'm very pleased with how quiet the valve train has become :2vrolijk_21:! It's almost as quiet as the new M8 motor. If I had to guess .......I'd give the new lifters 2/3 credit and the Rockouts 1/3 credit.

I did a set over the weekend.  They have quieted the top end down significantly. I was a bit nervous about doing it and I was over thinking the whole base circle thing.  But once I got in there is was not to bad of a project.  My bolts did have witness marks on them.
