I installed Geoirge's tour pack extender last week.  Very easy - pre-drilled and color coded bolts - no nuts used except for 1 acorn nut for the back bolt under the pack.  Several people I ride with had made their own versions (usually from aluminum stock), but with the amp on the 07 under the tour pack, the easiest fix was George's.  "She who pokes in the ribs when not pleased" appeared to be much more pleased with her extra room. :)
