Stay with the 140.  I went to a 150 in the Metzeler once but didn't wear as well as the 140.  Also the load rating is lower than recommended and it required some trimming of the belt guard too.

I've used the e3's for the last few changes, I like them because they don't follow grooves in pavement. But I do think you need to monitor tire pressures more than with the stock dunlops, they'll cup pretty quick if you don't. Found that out the hard way.
