Just did mine this weekend.  Tried heat alone, but couldn't get them to pop off.  I used dental floss after that. 

Here's the deal for those who haven't done it before (like me) - when you get the reflector off, it leaves a LOT of tape residue behind, as in "crap, this isn't good and what I get myself in for ...".  But I just kept soaking the spot with Goo Gone as I was rubbing gently with a paper towel, and after about a minute, it started coming right off.  It looks done until its dry, then I found a thin film that still needed removing, so hit it again.  AMAZINGLY easy.  Finished the whole job in 10 minutes.
