I think a prophylactic oil change is in order.  Can't hurt and it's cheap insurance....  No way there would be condensation at 65-70 degrees.  Only way for water to condense is for temp to be lower than dew point which would take about 90% humidity and that AIN'T happening in New Jersey in January.
