The narrow band o2 sensors are exactly that narrow band.  I put sert in and pushed the afr down until I felt better about temps on the 07 110.  13.5 pretty flat... 12 is the default closed loop and too rich and will soot the plugs...
I dynoed but retuned via my arse and dialed it in a little better.  The arse can be really good tool. 
My pal putzed around with his sert and then went to dyno it and picked up a whopping 1 hp and a smidgen or torque... To each his own...I have always run HD's a little rich. 30 years of it.   :-\
