on the exhaust, no grinding :

cutting line in red
green cross for rivets or welding....

It's my idea and I'll test in two weeks.

Finally, I've made with the Fullsac's instructions (not cutting and rivets, my idea).

I'm happy with the result :
- less noise than the V&H ovals and it's acceptable in Europe
without down the performances obtained with the V&H. I've V&H true duals.
- The sound is acceptable.

I recommand this way for the europeans friends !
- CVO US exhausts (and nice billet end caps) without cats and re-corred with 1.75" Fullsac baffles.
It stays the insulation, I've not tested without).
I've not tested the 2" Fullsac but 1.75" is similar diameter of V&H baffles in the ovals.

Concerning performances mesured, I've not a dyno in my area : no values.

This modified exhausts of SERG are similar of the '07 or '08 CUSE.

It'll work with the '09 CUSE. Don't forget to cut the catalyst in the head pipes !

Costs :

- one set of CVO exhausts US (100 $) with shipping cost (100$) = 200 $ (130 euros)
- one set of Fullsac baffles (119 $) with shipping cost (55$) = 174 $ (120 euros)

Total : 374 $ (250 euros). without the set of true duals V&H.

Now, I'll sell my set of V&H ovals exhausts on the french market.
