As of today, nothing to bring anyone following up to date.
Except that there is a new player in the group, Taxpayer Advocate. Maybe the Government can answer the Government concerns and direction as far as Tax Payer are concerned. :nervous: :huepfenlol2:

Well......Here I am again.  The IRS problem hasn't been resolved as of yet.
The present situation is as follows;
Tax Masters in Houston,TX are finally getting around to send the corrected Tax Returns after being notified the first set were wrong in September. They will be representing me at a "Collections Due Process Hearing" on 12/24/08. Get this, this hearing is on Tax Returns dated 12/31/94 and 12/31/96. These 1040 tax returns were submitted by substitute forms. Guess who did the substitutes? The IRS are also out of their own stated Years Limitations Rule set in 1999. Some one could be playing, you think?
The Taxpayer Advocate, a IRS service that answers to Congress, has been running interference on the Levy and Lien problems. So far, only lost $2341.06 out of my bank account. What a wipeout that was.
The RO in Hagerstown has been cooperative in not pressing any Levies as of now, but, that could change as the wind blows.

Ride Safe everyone, you never know. :nixweiss:
