I have the power commander on my bike and I think it's great. I really don't know anything about the PC tuner, but I thought I would promote the powercommander. I installed Rhinehart pipes on my bike and a SE air breather along with the PC. I had the computer remapped when I took the bike in for servicing and after a short ride I re-installed the PC. I really didn't care for the popping and backfiring that you get with the HD map. Well like I said I really dont' know about the PC tuner so I can't help you in that respect, but if it's anything like the PC, it beats the remapping you get from Harley.
