RBaker
have wired my lights opposite to you. All 3 of mine are on low beam, stands out in daylight, can see me coming very well
cheers
PS. I think they look a lot better than standard.!
JA
I have a on/off switch, left handlebar, that I could run on low or high beams, I just leave them off during the day so I will be sure they will work at night.

I put the auxiliary headlights on. Sacrificed a little look but added a lot to safety. Also installed a module on that flashes the twilight and rear turn signals when I hit the brakes. My dealer suggested that one.

I converted the headlamp to HDI Type (Off EBay). This takes a little patience getting everything to fit inside the original shell. My riding friends tell me that it is really visible during the day. At night the light is 10X better. So I converted my car lights to HID as well.

I just did the same on my CUSE4. I love the new HID lights, but that bike has plenty of room in the fairing to install the digital ballasts. How does it work with your springer, did you put the ballast under the tank?

i added matching bullet 55w lights, like the turn signal casings. They can see you coming!!! it's not the size, it's the wattage. The fit where the mounts to a quick detach windshied would go.
