Fullsac 2.25 & PC V
« on: June 10, 2009, 12:08:03 PM »

I installed the Fullsac 2.25 baffles (I had already installed the non-cat headpipe) and a Power Commander V with Autotune on my 09 SERG yesterday .

It sounds much better, although I am used to even louder.  It does have a nice bark above 3000 rpm.  I didn't have time after I finished for much of a ride, but it seems to run fine.

I got the PC V from Fuel Moto so they had pre-mapped it for the 2.25 baffles with the non-cat headpipe.

How do you like the auto tune? I already ordered my Fullsacs and cat free header. Do you think the auto tune will adjust if I add a cam in the future?

I think it will adjust fine to minor changes in air flow or external conditions.  I am not sure it is designed to automatically adjust to major engine revisions.  I wanted the auto tune because I wanted to maintain a closed loop system and the wide band O2 sensors keep that.
Fuel Moto's price of $598 plus shipping for a pre-mapped EFI tuning system is hard to beat, plus they seem to be a customer-oriented business.

I have the PC V with autotune, Stage I AC and Rinehart slipons and the bike runs great.  93 hp and 111 ft-lbs at 88 degrees and 65% humidity.

I agree, a major engine change would probably need a new baseline map.  Steve at Fuel Moto could tell you for sure.

How about posting your map on the maps only page?  Thanks Doc  I would like to compare it to mine.

I posted it today - http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=38233.0 - It has been running two weeks with the autotune AFR targets so I would assume the map is changed from when it was first mapped.
