2010 FLHXSE 110 Cam

I have a 110SE FLHXSE with Bub 7s exhaust and a few HD Me ch said to change the cam and it would wake it up.

They are correct in telling you that.
There are several cams that'll give that a great increase. :)

with stock compression, something around a 36 intake close, like an HQ500...

Lift the valves! OK 36 close but Woods TW5-6 for grunt or the TW408-44 for some more up top and still very decent down low.
