Damn you guys, I just wanted to know about the lid organizers, now I need to order the tool teather and bag liners. This place cost me every time I read a post. ;D ;D ;D
Thanks for the info on the heat gun, I have friends that have had sticking problems with the tourpack lid organizer. I've never heard of using a heat gun for that and since I do have a heat gun, it will not cost me more $$$$. :2vrolijk_21:

I replaced my sticky-ness that got unsticky after a year or so with wide strips of extra strenght velcro.  Cleaned it up well before sticking the velcro pads on.  That's lasted a couple of years so far.  And it's been handy once to be able to peal them out to clean up a mess that happened inside of one.

I hope Ken is paying attention to this, what a great way to take care of his mold problems. :2vrolijk_21:

Sure can Randy.  There might be some small difference in how fully stuffed the luggage can be as lid organizers will occupy some small amount of space up top.  Liners will make a very minimal amount of difference on their own.  But if you've got spoilers or lighted latches or anything else that leaves a harness in the bag to protect the liners are very much a required addition.  Overall the difference is very small though.  The luggage works fine.

I just ordered a couple of the tool tethers from Chicago, now if I could just find a pair of liners. :nixweiss:

Thanks Don, you were right.  Found a pair of gray ones for a SERG on another site for $10.00 and they come with assless leather pants. :2vrolijk_21:

One problem with the tour pak lid organizer on the 08 SEUC:  the power lock actuator is in the way.  On the 08's you will have to modify by cutting off the pocket where the power lock actuator is in the way.

Saw these and was wondering if they were useful... a quick search here, as always, gave me the straight scoop. THanks for taking the time to provide feedback on items like this, so the rest of us can get an idea if it is worth getting.   :2vrolijk_21:
