So, after 3 weeks my bike is home again. A mechanic from a dealer mounted a new front rubber at the bike and checkt everything, but unfortunately, the problem has only gotten worse. The batwing vibrate more then before.

My bike is tuned and maybe is there the problem...... but I don't want no longer to spent money in this bike.......I throw this bike in a lake or something  >:(

I have a lake here, I'd be happy to help! 8)

Sorry you are having these problems, there MAY be something with whatever "tune" your dealer did, have him "undo" it and see if there is a change.
Maybe take to another dealer??

Take it to an independant shop.
Get in touch with Vosselman Performance in Elburg, NL
Very detailed and meticulous, plus an excellent tuner.

Thx guys, I will check all these points this evening. I hear many about the crank-runout. If it is the crank-runout, what should I do?

Buy a new Harley ????  ;D

The exact same reason a 2010 is in my garage to replace the 2006 I had last year that had around 35000 miles. Still trying to figure out if that was a good trade or not. I checked and re-checked before taking to another dealer that told me crank was no good.

If its the crank pull it and send it to dark horse or hyper performance and have it trued and welded.  Then you know exactly what you have.  As long as the cases are split it leaves you open to many other things if you want.  But first you have to have some one check the crank to know for sure.  Trading it is an option.  Then tou start over with another bike.
