Mid Ohio is in Springfield if I remember right?  Have they turned you down on helping you take care of the issues you are having.  As I recall they were a pretty solid old line family owned dealership.

After talking with some of the guys here at work who ride most of them suggested I contact another dealer that is 30-40 mile from me.. I talk with eh general manager and they are going to order a new fuel gauge, Master cylinder gasket and pickup my bike next week to do those repairs. They are going to check the charging system and replace the battery. Not sure at this point if it’s on me or Harley but he tells me he will do everything he can to get it replaced. 3 of the guys here at work ride with him in the local HOG chapter and say he is a stand up guy. I am also going to get the exhaust updated and the Screamin Eagle Pro Super Tuner on the bike while they have it. Worst case on the battery he will give it to me at cost. I know that isn’t right but I have the bike now and don’t have much of a choice. At least if I sell the bike at some point it will be right for the next guy. As far as the original dealer goes these issues were there when they had it and they didn’t fix them when the bike was setting there so I don’t think they are going to be to helpful now that it’s sold. I know the Harley rep for their area has contacted them regarding selling this bike to me in this condition. He called it Dealer prep or something like that should have been done before it ever left there with these issues.
