I have the Pitbull with the 360 table and wouldn't have anything else, it is the only way to go for a small space.

I like Twolanes idea, just use 4 - 16" x 16" 1/8 plate. I can counter sink the screw holes. I can also cover it with some 3-M gription tape to keep things or me or the  bike from slipping...........................................Fuzz

Try a STAND, they used to make a stand that you used after jacking it up. How it worked is you used your regular motorcycle jack which everyone should agree with once you have your bike up on them they don't move quite so easy. But there is a stand that once the bike is lifted you slide this under the bike and then lower the bike with the jack down onto this stand. You can move your bike in any direction with your fingers. I don't know who makes them anymore and have not seen them for sale in a while, but if you would like I can take pictures and measurements so you could build your own.

A stand like this one...

I to have a PitBull lift.  It does the job but it has a weeknees that you are sure to come up against in your particular situation.  Even when using the lift on concrete I sometimes find the lift rubbing against the floor and have to force it to turn, sometimes it just won't budge.  The problem with the lift is the wheels are very close to the frame assembly, which I suspect adds to the stability.  In one of my discussions with PitBull they advised shimming the wheels to create some space as not all concrete floors are perfectly level, so they are aware of this issue.  I like my lift and it does what it is supposed to do but I would recommend a lift that has more space since you are sure to not have a level surface.  I can guarantee you will be cursing when the frame is stuck against a less than perfect floor. Just look at the photo with the bike already strapped and the clearance you have, that would be my choice. Just my thoughts.
