right you are, the frame  - an header - changed with introduction of the 09 models and has not changed since. So if you could get a US catless header for 09 model it would fit.

To further on Sols question, if he gets the cat out either by drilling or cutting it open and rewelding will he still have modify the air coming in and have the engine remapped. I just bought the fulsac 2.0 and am trying to figure this head pipe thing out without going broke. Thanks

One other consideration when changing to an '09 catless head pipe on a later model bike is the location of the bungs for the O2 sensors.  If you run the 2010 and later heated sensors in the old locations (you would have to change the bung thread size to fit the smaller late model sensors also) up near the exhaust ports, like on the 2009, they may overheat and fail.  And of course you would likely need to modify the wiring for the sensors to route them to those locations up near the heads if you chose to risk it.  In other words, it's not a simple or advisable solution.

I went with rienhart classic true duals, chrome tips, and a screaming eagle race tuner.
Hp 94 / Torque 113 just doesn’t seem cool to be drilling and digging out on a 34K bike.
