Everything I did for the heat has helped, but my right leg/calf was still cooking.

I trimmed the doors on the Fairing Lowers - still Hot
I got ride of the Catalytic Converter - still HOT
I got it tuned on a dyno - still HOT
I tried V&H's True Duels still HOT

I tried Fullsac X-Pipe Headers - the heat is now under control
(They will use you stock heat shields off your stock pipes)

(I have ridden with them for 400 miles with temps up to 90 degrees)

It also added 5.2 hp and 10.5 lbs of tq with just a header change (from the V&H's True Duels) .......................sweeeeeeet

Didn't I tell you that a long time ago? .    I feel moe heat coming off the rear cylinder under the seat more than any other area.   I checked and tightened up the nuts too recently.   They weren't totally snug.  Made a little difference.  But the front of the fulsac header pipe seems ok to me.   I did remove the doors on my lowers tho.   I like it best even without the lowers on, but I like the speakers.        Right now I have them on.   I like my fulsac b  head pipe.
