My "queen" has 11,500 miles so far, not but nine months old and no trips. Love to take a 200 to 300 mile ride on the weekends and ride to work as often as possible.

Today is the one year mark since I bought my SESG and I've got 20,068 miles so far. Rain, wind, heat, hail, I've suffered it all. I'm hoping to do better this year.  :orange:

    • CVO1: FLHTCUSE7 in Electric Orange and Black Diamond accented with H-D's Big City Lights Graphics...how did the MoCo come up with a description like that?

I ride my FLHTCUSE7 about 2500 miles a year more or less pending how much time I have.  I've never considered it being a garage queen nor do I refer to it as a scooter.  I'll keep it a few years and then trade for another Harley...just my way of life.  Funny...I also own a Jeep Rubicon that I use as my daily driver and never take it off-road...most "young" Jeep owners would refer to it as a mall crawler.

It's great that so many are riding and adding up the miles, I agree that is the way to enjoy. I only have a 5 mile ride to work each way but I do drive it most everyday and Chicago had a mild winter last year so the snow, ice and salt was not much of an issue. I ride 3-4 trips per year out west and several 3 or 4 day weekend trips. I have 66,000 miles on my 2010SG and plan to keep it at least until the extended warranty is up in 4 more years, hope to see 150,000 miles by then.

I use mine for commuting as much as possible. I just love battling the cagers on the Baltimore Beltway!  :o

My CVO is my fifth motorcycle since I have been riding and I have ridden her the most out of all of them. And I do make the 126 mile round trip commute often.

My '08 CUSE is queen of the garage, but she's out often (78,000 miles and counting).  Of course, she shares duty with another bought new bike, an 05 Kaw VN2000 (125 cube motor) that has 68,000 miles on it.  And finally, my bought used 96 Heritage Softie Classic that I've added 16,000 miles in the last 2 years.

I'm a daily rider.  I own a car that I bought new in 2008 and it has less then 10K miles on it.

I ride mine as often as I can, wish I could ride it daily. When I retire, I will ride it daily, until then ...
