That's the largest collective insult I've seen since Fabio stood outside Jenny Craig in Manhattan and said "so those are fat chicks."  Well done :2vrolijk_21: !

I would venture most CVO's on here are not garage queens.

The 09 SERG had 45K on it in less than 3 years when I traded it.

My 12  SERG has 20K on it, and is not yet a year old.

I have been out of the country working 50% of the time I have owned the bike.

A buddy just traded his 11 SERGU with over 45K on it.

My "Garage Queen" is just over a month old and has about 2400 miles on it.

It is my observation that, most of the people that pony up for a CVO ride the hell out of them.

I know that a some of them are bought as status or collectors items and there is nothing wrong with that.

But i think you will find few people like that on this forum, most people on here are looking for ways to make them faster, louder, more comfortable and/or unique to their personal taste.

no garage queen here. may not get to ride the SERK daily but everyone of its blemishes and imperfections has been well earned over the last 88,000 miles.  :soapbox:

Daily rider and weekend trips.  40 miles total daily commute (that's sunny and rainy days).  Had the bike 6 months and 7,000 miles.  Yes, it sits in a garage and yes, it's the queen of the garage but you better believe she don't sit for long...  :bananarock:
The MINI is getting a bit jealous so I do have to drive her from time to time... :2vrolijk_21:

I am lucky enough to have a CVO and a Vette- CVO gets ridden every chance possible.  Maybe put 1000 miles on the Vette in a year.  Vette is basically my wife's, I get much more enjoyment out of the bike.

Ive owned mine less than 2 months and just rolled over 5,000 miles.

My wife picked her 13 SERK up on Thursday at 1:30, when we rolled into the driveway on Sunday at 1:30 she just hit 800 miles.

Every chance I get I ride my bike.  Last week I messed up my left hand, so I'm having to leave it home for a bit.   :(  It's really hard, but better I let the hand heal.  I chipped a bone in one of the fingers and messed up a few ligaments in others.  Yowie.  Not riding, but tripped on an uneven sidewalk.

Will be back on er as soon as possible.

Ok Ok , LOL...... didnt mean to touch any nerves,LOL. The reason I ask is that several local people that I have talked to, look at me like Im crazy that I drive my CVO to and from work everyday (70 miles round trip) and ride the hell out of it on the weekends too.  They say and I quote " You bought a screamin eagle for your daily driver?" and I reply like you guys....HELL YEAH !!! Its the bike I wanted....So Im with you guys, and I do ride it like I stole it!!

Thanks for the replies, I was thinking I was CRAZY, LOL !!!

Most garage queen CVO's get sold fairly fast. Especially if the wife has anything to say about it.
