Ya I found the thread right after I posted.  I went out and checked my bike and my throttle has side play.  Quite a bit more than I thought it was going to have but it's never had a problem.  I still have my stock bars.  I like the feel of them.  I did move them back towards me a little maybe a inch or two.

If I worked at the dealer I would cover it under warranty. What ever happened to customer satisfaction?  They send the sensor back not the bars.  Harley would not need to know you have them bars.  Why make a customer mad,  that's what gets me.  It's not like your asking them to replace the handlebars.  They are not Harley, now if you used a hammer and pounded the sensor in.  Maybe?  Maybe not?  Lets just fix the bike and get paid.  If not your just going to by the part and putti on yourself. So they are going to lose money.  Cause you ain't going there no more.   Most likely wont buy a bike from them.

I don't think they are gong to send out a inspector for a throttle sensor knowing the history of them as well.
