Same here.  Much to my neighbors' displeasure, I am also in the camp of letting it idle for a couple of minutes while putting on jacket/gloves, then head out.  I typically don't "dig my spurs into her" until several minutes or so of riding - not so much because I'm worried about riding while the engine is cold, but because I typically like a few minutes to re-acquaint myself onto the bike.
