Here is pretty much what I have done, plus the CFR's and tuner.

Next are the monotubes and 944 shocks.  I think I am pretty much done, other than a few smaller items.  
I dont want to modify the engine until after the warrenty period, and I am reasonably happy with the performance anyhow.

Thanks Dante.  It was a fun project and has proven to be a very good ride.  It's a sweet bike.
