The FXRG that the chin flips all the way to the back and can be worn as a 3/4 is not made by HJC.  It is a Shark Evoline 3.  http://www.shark-helmets.com/product.php?code_sous_gamme=EV3

I own the Shark brand as it was more than 100 less.  I'm pretty happy with it.

Interesting.  According to the HD site it's manufactured by HJC.  Either way, I like the helmet.  Cold mornings I can use the chin riding to work, then flip it back coming home in the afternoon.

I compaired them sided by side.  It's the only reason I was able to go to full face.  Would not be the first or the last time the HD site is wrong.  HJC makes the other FXRG helmet.

I just checked both sites....you are definitely right.  The HJC they reference doesn't flip all the way back, and that's why I went with this one.  I'm not happy with the amount of wind noise I have when the clear screen is up, but I can deal with that for now.  Thanks for the info!  Good lookin out!

When it is just the wife or grand daughter and I we use the HD headset. If we are riding with others we use our Scala RIder G4 Powerset. I think they have came out with the G9 or something like that. It works very well when riding in a group setting especially if the Ride Captain and the bike riding sweep have then to coordinate blocking maneuvers.
