The American-Made Harely leathers we bought in 2003 iare two of the best leathers I've seen. Well-Built with very thick leather, great sticking and snaps. Darn things are very heavy.

They have metal zippers (front and on cuffs) which work very well. 12 years of use and there is nothing wrong with ithem at all except for the occasional sticking zipper.

Yes, wax is the key to a sticking zipper. That or bug juice at 75 MPH. :P

Use paraffin (unsented wax)  then hit the tracks on your sliding glass doors and you would think they are bran new!

We followed that thinking in times past - used beeswax, it works great on zippers.
