Hello:
I'm not someone who replies to posts.

You are looking for a dial bore gauge. I'm assuming that you know how to use the tool, and you have the other tools that are needed to calibrate the bore gauge prior to use.

I have 20 dial bore gauges (I teach students how to overhaul and measure diesel engines) and I know how to use them, they all have a range of 1 in. to 6 inches, and a resolution of 0.0001in or 0.000mm. I have Central, Starrett, and Mitutoyo.

The big question is what are you willing to pay for this tool. The best for the price is the Mitutoyo, or Starrett. Purchasing a cheap tool is not a good idea.

If you want to purchase from a Snap-on dealer, they sell Starrett. You might have to look at the industrial catalog.

My 2 cents.
