Did a search on thread subj but didn't find what I was looking for. Looked on the DG website at the long haul xl airhawk seats and it doesn't appear they have one for the Rushmore CVO bikes (mine's a 15 Road Glide CVO). Short of calling them up, anyone running this seat on a 14+ CVO? Thanks.

I just contacted them about that issue and I was told if you remove the 2 chrome fender strips the seat will fit.

I've got a 2014 Street Glide Special and I'm not aware of any frame differences with what I have and the CVO version.  Nor am I aware of any frame difference since 2009.   I have a D.G. airhawk on mine.

Only the CVO bikes have 2 small chrome and black strips under the pass pillion on top of the fender that causes most seats including Hd seats not to fit.you have to remove them and should be good to go with pretty much any seat.

Does the 17 also have the 2 chrome strips under the pass pillion and were you told the same thing, as long as you remove them the DG airhawk will fit?

Yep, 17 has the two chrome and rubber strips under the passenger pillon
