I saw an '08 red and silver yesterday at the gas station, talked to the guy and gave him the website address, I didnt say anything to him about the paint as he was like a daddy holding his new born baby for the first time about the scooter....but IMO, his paint looked like s**t. The worst orange peel Ive ever seen on a 'High Quaility top of the line bike'. This could be good on an orange bike.....if your into fruit anyways. Didnt look close enough to see any other flaws. Other than that, not a bad looking bike, I like that they went back to painted tour paks.

LEMON LAW, you shouldn't have to have all those painted parts relaced!!
That is stinking ridiculous.  I just had my 07 Head Gaskets replaced at 5K miles and now
it seems like it will happen every 5K from what some say on this site.
The MoCo needs to take responsibility and do some customer service for us.
What about a Class Action LawSuit, I think CNN or FOX News might want to
feature this because HD is a BIG company not taking care of it customers
and it would bring in good ratings for the networks and hopefully do HD in for some service!!
